Part of the fun with the 10th High River Community Wellness Challenge is an opportunity to learn to run! (yes, what you learned as a child needs to be built on!) All kidding aside we are thrilled to have Paige Valgardson teaching us how to go from couch to 5km.
Each week on the High River Community Wellness Challenge Facebook page, on instagram you will find your running schedule for the week. Paige will be joining us on facebook live on Saturday mornings and take us for a virtual run. She is with us every step of the way.
